Xylem's jet mixers combine two Flygt innovations – Flygt N-pump and ejector assembly – into a powerful jet mixer with sustained efficiency at the lowest possible cost. Extremely versatile, this floor-mounted system delivers powerful mixing performance in low-liquid-level and partially filled tanks just as well as in full tanks.
Equipped with a special impeller and cutting plate, chopper pumps will cut up a wide variety of long fibrous materials and solid objects into small, harmless pieces, that will neither block up the pump, nor the piping.
The cutting action can be compared to that of a scissors. With an operation speed of over 1400 rpm, material passing through the pumps is chopped more than 140 times per second into harmless pieces.
The Flygt BIBO pump is designed like no other pump on the market. The hydraulic design on the pump makes it several times more wear resistant in comparison with traditional dewatering pumps. Our great expertise in hydraulics has resulted in what we call the Dura-Spin™ System. The unique closed impeller and the suction cover with Dura-Spin™ grooves work together sweeping abrasive particles away from the impeller neck. This exclusive design is just another reason why Flygt BIBO 2800 series pumps deliver ... day in and day out.
Flygt 2600 sludge pump series tackle the tough challenge of moving sludge and other liquids with ease – without clogging.
Radically engineered from the ground up, these robust, versatile pumps deliver unmatched wear resistance, consistent performance over time and ease of service. The result is lower total cost of ownership when buying the pumps or lower operating and maintenance costs when renting them.
